Bakale Software (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built the Invoice Maker – PDF & Payment Reminders app (the “App”) to help you manage invoices and payments.

This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

B. Data stored on your device

Most of your data stays on your phone, such as:

  • Customers
  • Invoices
  • Templates
  • Reminder schedules
  • App settings

👉 We do not upload this business data to our own servers.

C. Third-party services we use

We use trusted services to make certain features work:

  • Firebase Authentication → for login
  • Google Play Billing → for payments/subscriptions
  • Google Play Services → for app distribution

These services may process limited data needed for their function.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

  • Let you log in securely
  • Help you create and manage invoices and customers
  • Generate invoice PDFs
  • Send reminder notifications (on your device)
  • Handle premium features and payments
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Improve app performance and security

4. What we share (and what we don’t)

We only share limited data when needed:

  • Login data → handled by Firebase
  • Payment data → handled by Google Play

If you choose to use external apps (like WhatsApp or email), then those apps will handle the data you send through them.

5. How long data is kept

Your app data

Your invoices and customer data stay on your device until:

  • You delete them
  • You clear app data
  • You uninstall the app

Account data

Your login account (via Firebase) stays until you delete it.

6. Deleting your account or data

You can:

  • Most of your data is stored on your device
  • To fully remove it, delete data inside the app or uninstall it

7. Notifications

The app may ask permission to send notifications for reminders.

👉 These reminders are created and stored only on your device.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data by:

  • Using trusted services for login and payments
  • Keeping most data stored locally on your device

However, no system is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

This app is meant for business use and is not designed for children.

10. Third-party apps

If you use features like:

  • WhatsApp sharing
  • Email sending

those apps have their own privacy policies.

11. International data use

Some services we use may process data in other countries, depending on their infrastructure.

12. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally.
The latest version will always show the updated date.
