Account Deletion

Bakale Software provides account deletion support for Invoice Maker – PDF & Payment.

If you would like your account deleted, you can use one of the following methods:

In-App Method

Open the App and go to:

Settings -> Delete account

This will request deletion of your authenticated account and remove locally stored business data from the device.

Email Request Method

If you cannot access the App, send your deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:

Subject suggestion:

Delete my Invoice Maker – PDF & Payment account

What Gets Deleted

When account deletion is completed:

  • your Firebase Authentication account is deleted
  • locally stored app business data on the device is cleared

This may include:

  • customer records
  • invoice records
  • follow-up records
  • custom templates
  • saved business settings

Default app templates may be restored as part of app reset behavior after deletion.

Important Note

For security reasons, some deletions may require you to sign in again before deletion can be completed.
